奥尼卡精品咖啡⾖-摩卡 Moca

通常情况下,每个咖啡果实由两颗咖啡豆组成,但世界上有
5%的咖啡是以单粒的形式诞生。这些被称为摩卡的咖啡。
摩卡是新世界品种的经过自然变异的豆子。由于其圆形小巧
的形状,让咖啡豆能更有效地在烘焙筒上滚动,在烘焙过程
中有利于热量的传递,因此烘焙效果会更加均匀。中深度烘
焙使这款摩卡的风味饱满集中,带有焦糖的甜味、柑橘的低
酸和黑巧克力的微苦风味。

Unique Cafés Specialty Coffee Moca , mostly known as peaberry, Moca or Moquinha are the names given to these round beans that undergo a natural mutation.

Normally each fruit is composed of two beans, but only 5% of the coffee cherry is born as an "only child".

Since they are rounder, they roll more easily in the roaster, making heat transfer more efficient,bringing bright acidity, sweetness, and more complex flavors.

 

Normalmente cada fruto de café é composto por dois grãos, porém, 5% do café mundial nasce como filho único.

Moca possue torra mais uniforme devido seu formato arredondado, que permite a rolagem dos grãos pelo cilindro do torrador de forma mais eficiente, facilitando a transterência de calor no processo da torra.
